Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shadowrocket VPN (the "Service Provider") governing the download, installation, registration, login, and use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App or its associated marks without authorization. Intellectual property in the App belongs to the Service Provider. To keep the platform reliable, we may adjust features, routing strategy, or fees and will communicate material changes appropriately. You are also responsible for protecting device security and account credentials, and we strongly discourage jailbreaking, rooting, or similar actions that weaken system security.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party tools for analytics, crash monitoring, and core cloud functions. Your use of those integrated services is also subject to the terms published by the relevant providers.

The App depends on a stable network environment. If service is unavailable because of unpaid bills, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or roaming conditions, the related responsibility remains with the user. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi environments, and international roaming may produce extra fees. Please make sure you understand the billing rules and have permission from the bill payer where applicable.

Users remain responsible for their own behavior and device state. For example, service interruption caused by battery depletion, outdated software, or incorrect local configuration is not compensable. While we aim to provide accurate route and node information, some data depends on third-party infrastructure. To protect compatibility and security, the App may require periodic updates, and the Service Provider may suspend or terminate the service when reasonably necessary.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be updated periodically. You are advised to follow this page to obtain the latest version. Changes take effect on the date of publication (Effective date of current version: October 4, 2025).
